Lab Axiom Support SMS is Lab Axiom’s two-way customer-support texting program at (801) 851-1787. If you text that number (as a customer or prospective customer), we may reply by SMS to handle your support request.

We send texts only in reply to messages we receive. We do not send unsolicited or marketing texts on this program. Message frequency depends on your inquiry; this is not a recurring campaign. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For help, reply HELP or email support@labaxiom.com. To opt out, reply STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not text that number again unless you text us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or using Lab Axiom.
